Fortune 50 Management Joins ACDP

    Announces That Jean-Claude Perche has Joined the Company as
    President and CEO

    The board of Directors, today announced the hiring of Mr. Jean-Claude Perche, as president and CEO of the Company.
    Mr. Perche has held positions with AT& T/GIS-NCR (Paris, France) Divisions Director, Vice President Retail Europe Group, responsible for promoting: Decision Support Systems, synergy between computing and telecommunications. Mr. Perche has also held Ferry-Peter (Paris, France) as Sales and Marketing Director, International Computers Ltd. Account Director, in charge of Sales and marketing for the larges accounts in France, EDP Marketing (Paris, France), Sales and Marketing Director and Co-Founder, company marketed and sold IBM computers and peripherals, and Microdata International (Paris, France) Founder and Chairman, promoted Apple computers.
    Mr. Perche, has acted as a Consultant and Advisor to IBM France, Dassault Aircraft, and is currently, Senior Advisor Carnegie Mellon DTSI (Driver Training and Safety Institute), a member of the Scientific Advisory Board Institute founded by Carnegie Mellon University with a budget from the Federal Highway Administration.
    Mr. Perche is a graduate electronic engineer from ESME (Paris, France), has a degree in Business Administration from Institut d'Administration des Enterprises (Paris, France and holds a PhD in Physics from Paris University and College de France.
