IMPCO Technologies Withdraws Follow-On Offering

    CERRITOS, Calif., Sept. 21 IMPCO Technologies, Inc.
today announced that it has withdrawn its registration
statement for its follow-on offering of common stock by the Company and
certain selling stockholders, citing adverse market conditions.

    IMPCO Technologies designs, manufactures and supplies components and
systems that store gaseous fuels and monitor and control the pressure and flow
of those fuels for use in fuel cells and internal combustion engines.

    World headquarters are located in Cerritos, California.  IMPCO has key
offices and facilities worldwide including:  North America, Central America,
South America, Japan, India and Australia.  It operates in the Netherlands,
France, Germany and the United Kingdom as IMPCO-BERU Technologies, B.V.
