2001 SEMA Show*ITE and AAPEX Planned as Scheduled

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 21 Chuck Schwartz, CEM and Bill Glasgow,
Sr. sent the following letter, dated Sept. 21, to exhibitors and attendees of
SEMA Show*ITE and AAPEX:

    Dear Friend,
This important letter is to tell you that the 2001 SEMA Show*ITE and AAPEX
will be held as scheduled from Tuesday, Oct. 30, to Friday, Nov. 2, 2001, in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
There are rumors and incorrect information circulating about the shows'
cancellation. These, including the message that ran on the bottom of the
screen on CNN-TV on Thursday, September 20, are NOT TRUE.
We intend to conduct business in Las Vegas as planned, and we will deliver
an outstanding show for both exhibitors and attendees. Your attendance at our
aftermarket shows in Las Vegas will do much to regain momentum of our
industry's business. To that end, we have extended our early registration
discount through Friday, October 5. If you have further questions or
concerns, please contact:

that in mind, it is vital that our industry move forward. Thank you for your
support of our industry, and your faith in America's future.

     Sincerely,
     Chuck Schwartz, CEM
