Hometown Auto Retailers Announces Resignation of Director and GM
WATERTOWN, Conn.--Sept. 20, 2001--Hometown Auto Retailers (OTC BB: HCAR) Thursday announced that James Christ has resigned as a director of Hometown and general manager of one of its dealerships to pursue other business opportunities.Christ will continue to be available to Hometown for consulting services for a one-year period.
"We wish Jim well in his future undertakings," said Corey Shaker, president and chief executive officer of Hometown. "We appreciate the valuable service he has provided to Hometown as a director, and most recently as general manager of our Good Day Chevrolet operation.
