GM Recognizes Assentive for Contributions To 'Virtual Factory' Project

       Assentive's Solution Helps GM Group Achieve Award for Creativity
                        In Meeting Business Objectives

    SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17 Assentive Solutions, Inc., a
provider of solutions for Global 2000 businesses to securely and
cost-effectively move mission-critical data within the enterprise and beyond,
has been recognized by General Motors Corporation's Virtual Factory Group
for its contributions to the company's "Virtual Factory"
Project.  GM's, Manufacturing Engineering, General Assembly Engineering,
Virtual Factory Group was recently presented with a Chairman's Honor award for
superior originality and creativity in meeting company objectives.

customers.  The GM Virtual Factory Group is using the Assentive solution to
transfer and share large, 3-dimensional CAD files among GM, General Assembly
design engineers worldwide/nationwide.

    The purpose of the GM Virtual Factory group is to synthesize and validate
