Alcoa Fujikura and Robert Bosch Forge Strategic Alliance

    ALLEN PARK, Mich. and FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Sept. 13 Today Alcoa Fujikura Ltd. (AFL) and Robert Bosch Corp. announced a strategic
alliance to jointly design, develop and market completely integrated
electronics and electrical distribution systems.  With the agreement, AFL and
Bosch will drive the development and supply of these systems by creating
optimized electrical architectures for vehicles through the integration of
electronics modules and complete electrical distribution systems.

applications with multiplexed electrical distribution systems, delivering
significant customer advantages including reduced cost, complexity, weight and
improved product reliability.
