eAutoclaims and Global Now, Inc. Form Joint Venture for Salvage Disposal

PALM HARBOR, Fla., Sept. 11 eAutoclaims (OTC Bulletin Board: EACC) (EACC) announced today it has signed a
joint venture agreement with Global Now, Inc. (http://www.global-now.com) a
technology and eCommerce development company that specializes in the auto
salvage and used auto parts industries. The joint venture is in development
for EACC's wholly owned subsidiary Salvage Connection
(http://www.salvageconnection.com), an online salvage disposal provider. The venture
will allow Salvage Connection access to Global Now's worldwide salvage
disposal network, SalvageNow, and to the advanced inventory management and
reporting tools available within Global Now's eCommerce software application.
Salvage buyers will have access to hundreds of vehicles currently available
from leading insurance carriers and car rental companies.
Global Now's software application will enable EACC Clients real-time
online access to comprehensive inventory management and reporting features
such as vehicle location, condition and status; claim and auction process
times; vehicle valuation, loss retention, and vehicle sale information. These
tools provide clients a comprehensive platform to manage, market, and sell
their salvage inventories. Utilization of the software application opens
Salvage Connection auction vehicles to a worldwide salvage vehicle buyer
network. This increased exposure and a competitive online live bidding
environment provide for a potential increase in the recovery values of the
vehicles.
The EACC clients currently utilizing the "Bricks to clicks" Internet
Claims System will be able to put their salvage vehicles on to an aggressive
auction moments after confirmation of a total loss. With a click of their
mouse, EACC client adjusters will upload the condition report and photos to
the Salvage Connection for a 3-day auction in one seamless transaction
offering significant savings in hard dollar disposal and storage costs.
