Limousine Operators Increase in Revenue Higher than Decrease
NEW YORK--Sept. 10, 2001--In a recent survey by Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation Magazine (LCT), limousine operators who reported an increase in gross revenue averaged a 20 percent change. Operators who reported a decrease reported an average loss of 8 percent.Annual average revenue for SUV's increased from $66,500 last year to $89,260 this year. Limousines stretched 85" or less increased from last year's average of $60,016 to this year's $74,300. Limousines stretched 86" to 130" reported $86,569 last year and $92,836 this year.
LCT surveys a random sample of 3,000 operators annually.
