Indian Motorcycle Builds Management Team
GILROY, Calif., Sept. 10 Momentum continues at the Indian
Motorcycle Company. Following the recent announcement of substantial
investment in the company by Audax Group, and the appointment of Frank
O'Connell as CEO, four executives have joined the Indian Motorcycle team.
Gary Patten, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Gary brings to Indian Motorcycle an extensive background in finance and
operations within manufacturing environments. Most recently Gary was Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the semiconductor company,
Zilog. Prior to Zilog, Gary served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer at Rockshox and Chief Financial Officer of Powermate, a
subsidiary of the Coleman Company.
Fran O'Hagan, Senior Vice President, Product Management and Marketing
Fran's experience includes product management, marketing and sales within
the automotive industry. Fran comes to Indian Motorcycle from Jaguar Cars,
where he was Vice President of Retail Operations. Prior to Jaguar Cars, Fran
handled regional sales & marketing for BMW and managed the launch of the
M-Class sport-utility for Mercedes-Benz. He has been an avid motorcyclist for
twenty years, and has owned over thirty motorcycles.
Chick Ramsay, Senior Vice President, Sales and Dealer Development
Chick has a strong background in building sales and dealer operations,
field network support and dealer relations. Most recently, Chick served as
Senior Vice President of Automotive Operations for Autobytel.com, an internet
based on-line information and dealer referral service. Prior to
Autobytel.com, Chick held Executive and Corporate positions with Toyota Motor
Sales, USA, Inc. including General Manager of the San Francisco Region for
Toyota Division as well as Ford Motor Company.
Dave LaLonde, Vice President, Supply Chain
Dave brings to Indian Motorcycle substantial experience in purchasing,
supplier sourcing and materials logistics. Dave joins the company from the
General Motors Truck Group, where he spent six years within the Worldwide
Purchasing Group, most recently as Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Manager.
Prior to joining the Worldwide Purchasing Group, he held a variety of
materials management and logistics positions within General Motors.

On June 25, Indian Motorcycle Company announced that it had completed the
sale of up to $45 million of preferred stock to Audax Group, a leading private
equity firm based in Boston, MA.
