Titan Announces Dividend for the Third Quarter of 2001

    QUINCY, Ill., Sept. 10 The Board of Directors of Titan
International, Inc. has approved a quarterly cash dividend of
$.005 (one half cent) per common share for the third quarter of 2001.  The
dividend is payable October 15, 2001, to stockholders of record on September
28, 2001.
    Titan is a global supplier of mounted wheel and tire systems for
off-highway equipment used in agriculture, earthmoving/construction, and
consumer applications.  Titan has manufacturing and distribution facilities
worldwide.
