    MINNEAPOLIS---Sept. 10, 2001--

    Network exceeds 3,500 shipments per day;
    Georgia-Pacific hits 80 collaborative tours
    with savings in the millions

    Nistevo Corp., a leading provider of a Web-based Collaborative Logistics Network(SM), today announced that its network members are now operating more than 3,500 shipments a day through Nistevo's online network. This represents the largest full truckload volume currently managed on the Internet.
    Georgia-Pacific, one of Nistevo's founding members, is currently executing 80 collaborative tours using Nistevo's Web-based service, and plans to convert the management of its 500 truck dedicated fleet to the Nistevo Network by year-end representing significant cost savings and service benefits.
    "We're focused on leveraging the network and strength of Nistevo's member community to build collaborative tours," said Paul Snider, director of transportation for Georgia-Pacific, a leading manufacturer and distributor of paper and building products. "Nistevo's technology is a core component of our strategic efforts in terms of both improving service and lowering costs."
    "Nistevo members like Georgia-Pacific are proving the power of Nistevo's Collaborative Logistics Network to create transportation efficiencies while enhancing service levels," said Kevin Lynch, chief executive officer of Nistevo. "In addition, with Nistevo members connected to the network in more than 44,000 locations, members are going beyond collaboration and using Nistevo to manage the distributed execution of their logistics operations."

Other Nistevo Network highlights include:

-- 45,000 EDI/XML messages processed per day
-- Approximately 150,000 lane rates logged in contract management
-- 250+ carriers moving shipments through the network

    "This level of truckload volume proves the scalability and value of Nistevo's Collaborative Logistics Network," said Romala Ravi, senior analyst at IDC. "At a time when it is imperative for technology companies to deliver on their value proposition to customers through successful execution, Nistevo is fulfilling this imperative."
    As more Nistevo members go into production and continue expansion plans, shipments managed through the Nistevo Network are expected to exceed 10,000 per day by the end of 2001.
    "Last year, Nistevo launched the concept of a Collaborative Logistics Network. The results achieved to date place them in the leadership position in this Web-based market category," said Dr. C. John Langley, professor of supply chain management and director of the Supply Chain Executive Forum in The Logistics Institute at Georgia Institute of Technology. "Nistevo's members are executing on the principles set forth in the 7 Immutable Laws white paper and realizing significant efficiency gains."
