Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Appoints New Franchise Operations VP

    IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 7 Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover
North America announces the appointment of Sally Eastwood to the position of
vice president of Franchise Operations.  Eastwood will report to Mike
O'Driscoll, president of Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America.

    Eastwood will be responsible for franchise development, distribution and
remarketing.  Prior to her current appointment, Eastwood held the position of
general manager - Land Rover Centre Development. Eastwood joined Land Rover in
1984, where she held several positions including Premier Automotive Group
Retail Development manager and Land Rover Centre Development manager.

    "Sally brings a wealth of experience in the Land Rover dealer network to
her new position," comments O'Driscoll. "She has played an integral role in
the development of the Premier Automotive Group dealer strategy over the past
year, and we look forward to her contributions to the Aston Martin Jaguar Land
Rover organization."

     Eastwood replaces Fran O'Hagan, who left the company to assume the
position of senior vice president for Indian Motorcycles.   Eastwood holds a
law degree from the University of Hull in England.
