Visteon Names Robert Pallash Vice President and General Manager Of Asian Customer Business Group

    DEARBORN, Mich., Sept. 7 Visteon Corporation
today announced the appointment of Robert Pallash as Vice President and
General Manager, Asian OEM Customer Business Group.  With extensive experience
working with Asian Original Equipment Manufacturers and developing automotive
systems and components businesses in Asia, he brings exceptional talent and
knowledge to Visteon.

    Pallash will have responsibility for Visteon's Asian Customer Business
Group, accountable for Asian automotive commercial relationships and the
delivery of customer program commitments.  This will include a shared
leadership responsibility for Visteon's Asia-based product development and
manufacturing operations to ensure flawless delivery and execution for
Visteon's customers.
    Pallash brings extensive international operational and business
development experience to Visteon.  He joins Visteon from TRW Automotive where
he served as President of TRW Automotive Japan since 1999 and had global
leadership for the Japanese OEM business based in Japan.  Previously, he
served as President of Lucas Varity Japan, and was responsible for Japanese
OEM business development worldwide.  Pallash began his automotive career in
1977 with Perkins Engines Limited located in Peterborough, United Kingdom.

    Pallash holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business studies and languages
from the University of Hertsfordshire, United Kingdom.
