iRV, Inc. Announces Discontinued Operations at One Subsidiary

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 6 iRV, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: IRVV) announced today that operations at one of its
subsidiaries had been discontinued.  Effective August 30, 2001, the operation
of iRV-Dealerships, Inc., dba Passport RV, was suspended.  The recreational
vehicle dealership, located in Knoxville, TN faced increasing economic
pressures and financial losses.  The dealership was not able to obtain the
necessary working capital to continue in operation.  Substantially all the
inventory was returned to the secured lender.  Passport RV was the principle
operating subsidiary of iRV, Inc.
    Notwithstanding the discontinued operations in Knoxville, the Company
expects to continue its other activities, including the internet development
activities of iRV.com, Inc.  Although these other activities do not currently
generate revenue and are not expected to do so in the foreseeable future, the
Company and its subsidiary will continue to operate its website serving the
recreational vehicle industry and will continue to seek other business
opportunities.
    iRV, Inc. is engaged in the operation of an Internet portal site for
recreational vehicle enthusiasts.  The website at http://www.irv.com allows users to
purchase and finance a recreational vehicle online.
