Starcraft Corporation Completes Sale of Bus & Mobility Vehicles

    GOSHEN, Ind.--Sept. 5, 2001--Starcraft Corporation (OTCBB:STCR) today confirmed that they have completed the sale of the Starcraft bus & mobility vehicle operation to Forest River, Inc. under the terms of an agreement announced August 22, 2001.
    In conjunction with this transaction the Company will file a Form 8-K by September 17, 2001. Substantially all proceeds from the transaction were applied against bank debt.
    According to Kelly L. Rose, Chairman and CEO, Richard J. Mullin has assumed the title of President, replacing Michael H. Schoeffler, who has joined Forest River, Inc. to manage the bus and mobility business. Schoeffler will remain on the Board of Directors of Starcraft Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Tecstar LLC.
    Starcraft Corporation has retained its OEM automotive supply business, Tecstar LLC, along with its parts and service and conversion kit businesses.
