Covisint Selects MatrixOne for Collaboration and Sourcing

     Global provider of collaboration solutions for the value chain to be
                  integrated with Covisint suite of products

    DETROIT and WESTFORD, Mass., Sept. 5 Covisint today
announced the selection of MatrixOne, Inc. , for its family of
best-of-breed technology providers.  Covisint's collaboration platform,
Covisint Virtual Project Workspace (VPW) v3.0, as well as extended future
offerings will feature the MatrixOne(R) Value Chain Portfolio(TM) of
applications for collaborative commerce.  MatrixOne was chosen for its
significant penetration in the automotive industry and its broad solutions for
each stage of the collaborative process.

Covisint Virtual Project Workspace is a collaboration platform that allows customers to manage projects across the Internet in a private and secure environment. Existing tools on the platform include Covisint Collaboration Manager for document management, workflow and routing, and Covisint Quote Manager, a suite of tools for inter-enterprise management and the collaborative bidding process, including request for quote (RFQ) management and strategic sourcing. Depending on customer needs, each tool can be integrated with the current product offering for online conferencing as well as 2D and 3D visualization.

Covisint will continue to provide visualization and online conferencing for the VPW as well as secure single sign-on and registration. Adhering to its best-of-breed product strategy, Covisint will continue to add new technology to its collaborative product offering over time.
