Kingsley Coach Inc. Announces Outstanding Options Expired Unexercised
MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Sept. 5, 2001--Kingsley Coach Inc. (OTC-BB:KNGS) Kingsley Coach Inc. announced today that options for two million shares granted at the beginning of July 2001 expired at the end of August, 2001, were not exercised and will not be issued.Kingsley Coach is a manufacturer of unique, high quality motorcoaches on a heavy duty truck chassis. The Kingsley product line is designed for both recreational and commercial use. Marketing of the product lines have been increased at both RV and Trucking Shows throughout North America.
Ralph Dickenson, Chief Executive Officer, said, "This year's operating performance and pricing policies should insure Company profitability. Importantly, we redefined our strategic priorities to focus on balance sheet restructuring and asset value growth. Second, we began to accelerate sales efforts and some marketing programs. We expect to average a higher margin for each unit sold, at a time when the company is benefiting from improved economies of scale. This will support the bottom line for our shareholders. These efforts should generate sufficient cash to fund capital expenditures and debt service."
