    NEW YORK--Sept. 4, 2001--Fitch issues a Presale report on AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2001-C discussing the `AAA' ratings on the class A notes.
    The securities, which represent the twenty eighth securitization offered by AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc., will be issued with a financial guaranty insurance policy from Financial Security Assurance Inc.
