Ramoil Management Ltd. Cancels Agreement with Century Financial

    LAS VEGAS--Sept. 4, 2001--Ramoil Management Ltd. (RAMO, Pink Sheets) cancelled the agreement with Century Financial due to their lack of performance. CEO Gary Walters said that he has commenced negotiations with another group, which is a reputable source of financing and has cancelled the 68 million shares, of which 34 million were earmarked for Century, and the balance for George Li.
