DBRS announces recent upgrades to its telephone system
As part of the ongoing initiative to improve our infrastructure at DBRS,
we are pleased to announce that we have recently upgraded our telephone
system to better service our customers and staff.
As a result, the system requires the use of 4-digit extension dialing.
Therefore, in order to reach our staff, please prefix their previous
extension numbers with the digit "2" (e.g. the previous extension "223"
is now "2223"). These are now their new extension numbers. Should you
need further help at any time, please dial "0" for our reception as in
the past.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but trust that
our new phone system will improve our service and accessibility to all
our customers.
