Softstone, Inc. Announces Merger With Kilkenny Acquisition Corp.

    ARDMORE, Okla., Aug. 29 Softstone, Inc., announced that it
has completed the purchase of 100% of the outstanding shares of common stock
of Kilkenny Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation, in exchange for
1,078,387 shares of Softstone's common stock.  Kilkenny is an SEC,
12G-registered, publicly-reporting company formerly based in California.
Subsequent to the close of the transaction, Softstone became a publicly
reporting company.  Softstone has filed a 10-QSB with the Securities and
Exchange Commission for the quarter ended March 30, 2001, as well as an 8-K
reflecting the nature and details of its transaction.  The company is
preparing to file its 10-KSB for the year ended June 30, 2001.  The Boards of
Directors of both companies unanimously approved then transaction.

    Prior to the transaction, Softstone, Inc. had 4,590,646 shares of common
stock issued and outstanding.  Keith Boyd, the newly appointed President and
CEO of Softstone, reported, "The officers and directors of Softstone continue
on after the purchase of Kilkenny."  Boyd also announced that there were
several other key personnel changes.  "Jim Miller has been appointed as
Vice-President of Manufacturing and Production and Leo G. Templer has been
appointed as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing."  Mr. Boyd commented that,
"Both men have extensive experience in the respected areas and each will play
a key role as we begin to expand our product lines and markets."

    Softstone, Inc. is in the business of converting whole waste tires into
useful recycled rubber products with the Parker System, an automated and
economical solution to the global problem of waste tires.  The patented
products are used as walking paths, flooring in a variety of applications,
golf cart paths and rubber curbing.  Softstone's products can also be used and
developed as highway safety cone bases, bumpers and accident prevention
guards.  Other uses such as soil conservation and temporary roads in wet land
areas are being tested.  Importantly, the company complies with the
Environmental Protection Agency and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental
Quality and the process generates no waste ... making Softstone a true "GREEN"
company.
