execution of a definitive agreement to acquire YOUcentric, Inc. of Charlotte,
N.C. YOUcentric is a privately-held provider of Java-based customer
relationship management (CRM) software, including applications for sales force
automation, campaign management, contact center management, and partner
relationship management. CRM facilitates increased customer satisfaction and
loyalty while reducing a company's costs for meeting customers' needs.
By adding YOUcentric's capabilities, J.D. Edwards will deliver a
comprehensive set of integrated collaborative applications that enable
companies to electronically manage their business relationships from supply
chain planning all the way to customer services.
J.D. Edwards' collaborative commerce product set brings together
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS),

Corporation (WTS), the first application service provider (ASP) partner for
J.D. Edwards' collaborative commerce solutions, is providing hosting services
for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation , one of the largest property
developers and operators of commercial office space in the United States.
CarrAmerica completed a thorough analysis of outsourcing and leading ASPs,
ultimately selecting WTS.
By outsourcing its J.D. Edwards applications with WTS, CarrAmerica is able
to focus on its core business of developing and operating properties. Joel

charged with transforming the technology infrastructure of the company in

Aldon Computer Group Announces Integration of Aldon Affiniti with J.D.
Edwards OneWorld Collaborative Business Suite
