21st Century Holding Company Signs Florida Department Of Insurance Consent Order
PLANTATION, Fla., Aug. 28 Edward J. Lawson, President of 21st Century Holding Company , a vertically integrated financial service holding company, clarifies that 21st Century Holding Company yesterday signed the Florida Department of Insurance Consent Order No. 42807-01-CO in order to complete its acquisition of American Vehicle Insurance Company. Mr. Lawson stated, "This acquisition will be officially approved once the Florida Department of Insurance signs the Consent Order.
