Donner Corp. International Issues Speculative Buy Recommendation on Advanced Wireless Systems, Inc.

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 28 Donner Corp. International, a
broker/dealer specializing in investment banking, headquartered in Santa Ana,
Ca., today issued a Speculative Buy Recommendation and initiated coverage on
Advanced Wireless Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AWSS), Santa Rosa,
California. Advanced Wireless Systems has changed its focus to specialize in
automotive related businesses including the design, manufacture and
distribution of Electric Vehicles.
"Advanced Wireless is positioned to become a dominant force in the design,
development and distribution of Electric Vehicles," Donner said, in its new
report. "This Company is at the forefront of an exciting industry with
worldwide ramifications not only for people who travel but for the overall
health of the environment as well."
Donner said a recent study from Business Communications Co. predicts that
the market for light electric transportation will grow to $7 billion worldwide
by 2005. The combination of the energy crisis and ongoing environmental
concerns present an enormous business opportunity for zero emission vehicles
to become a viable alternative to fossil fuel vehicles.
"In addition to its core automotive businesses, Advanced Wireless owns a
wide range of Internet connectivity rights through licenses granted by the
Federal Communications Commission," Donner said. "Management has deftly
positioned itself to provide the next level of technologies through joint
ventures or to sell off its telecommunications assets at high multiples when
the FCC license market rebounds."
Donner said Advanced Wireless Systems "is committed to taking a presence
in the bio-tech field, which bodes well for future value. When you take into
consideration the low price of its stock and its success with its newly
acquired subsidiaries, it is clear that Advanced Wireless Services is
well-positioned for upward movement as is evidenced in the gigantic
3800 percent leap in its mid-year revenues."
