PA Commonwealth to Auction Vehicles Sept. 13

    HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 27 Pennsylvania Department of
General Services (DGS) Acting Secretary Kelly Powell Logan today announced
that the state will auction 210 used state vehicles at 10 a.m. Thursday,
Sept. 13, in the Commonwealth Garage at 2221 Forster St., Harrisburg.
    A variety of vehicles will be on the auction block including Chevrolet
Cavaliers, Ford Crown Victorias and Broncos, and Plymouth Breezes.
    Prospective bidders may inspect the vehicles at the Commonwealth Garage or
at various locations across the state, today through Tuesday, Sept. 11.
Bidders must register and receive a number on Thursday, Sept. 13.  Buyers must
pay with cash, postal money order, certified check or cashier's check.
Personal, municipal or company checks will not be accepted.
