    STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Aug. 27 Cross Huller announced
today that it has signed an exclusive working agreement with RB Industries,
Inc. to develop and support Cross Huller's drive to increase its after market
business for spare parts and service.
    RB Industries, Inc. is a Michigan Minority Certified Company with an

systems, preventative maintenance management systems, and logistics solutions
that enable it to streamline spare parts ordering and delivery for all Cross
Huller machine tools and associated brand names.
