DENVER, Aug. 27 Grease Monkey International, Inc., the
nation's largest independent vehicle preventive maintenance franchisor,
announced today that GML of Columbus LLC, a Grease Monkey franchisee owned by
a Columbus, Georgia led group of investors, has acquired six vehicle
preventive maintenance centers in the Columbus, Georgia metropolitan area.
The six centers will be converted to the Grease Monkey brand during the next
six months.
