Sealant Solutions Acquires International Transportation Corporation

    MIDDLEBORO, Mass.--Aug. 24, 2001--On August 22, Sealant Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:SSLU) (the "Company") purchased all of the issued and outstanding securities of International Transportation Corporation ("ITC"), a Florida corporation, headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
    ITC has the exclusive rights to sell, distribute, and market products manufactured by Cyclone Motorbike Company ("Cyclone") in the Bahamas, the Caribbean Islands, and Belize with the right of first refusal in Latin and Central America. Some of the major revenue products include Cyclone Cruiser II Motorbicycle(R), The Wizard(R) electric bicycle, The City Cruiser(R), The Whirlwind Classic(R) Motor Scooter, The Cyclone Storm(R) ATV, Cyclone Powerstation(R) generators and accessories.
    ITC plans to establish its distribution center in Belize to be managed by Michael Donnelly, known for his expertise in establishing distribution centers for Toyota. Mr. Donnelly's knowledge and experience will serve as a key asset to the Company's growth of these products throughout the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, Mr. Michael Fasci, President and CEO, shall serve as a Director of ITC.
    Cyclone has recently launched its three-wheel car and the Company believes this will be extremely popular.
    Michael Fasci stated: "This is SSLU's second major step to enhance shareholder value with the first being the previously announced Universal Sealant acquisition." With both the Sealant and Cyclone products being sold from the same distribution center, the Company anticipates the combined net profits may exceed $1,000,000 in the first year.

    THE PRODUCTS

    The Universal Sealant "ROOF SHIELD" product is one of the most advanced roof maintenance and repair technologies on the market today. ROOF SHIELD AP502 is a roofing sealant paint that encompasses a special mix of fine crumb rubber from used tires. AP502 is engineered for application to corrugated/prefab metal shingles (composition, asphalt, asbestos & fiberglass), granulated rolled roofing and torch-down systems.
