Digital Motorworks Honored for Business Innovation
AUSTIN, Texas--Aug. 24, 2001--Digital Motorworks (DMi) has won a Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce Business Innovation Award for information management leadership in the automotive industry.The Business Awards were presented during ceremonies held on Thursday night (August 23) at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The chamber's "Out on a Limb" Business Innovation Awards recognize three companies in different size categories that have discovered consumer needs and met them through creative innovation. Other winners of this year's awards were virtualcfo Inc. and National Instruments.

Award recipients were selected by a panel of anonymous judges, including business and community leaders in the Austin area. Award criteria included industry innovation, public image and reputation, and response to adversity.
