    WESTMONT, Ill., Aug. 23 Aftermarket Technology Corp.
, today announced that Mike DuBose, the Company's CEO, will
appear tomorrow, Friday, August 24, 2001 at 12:15 P.M. Central time on CNBC's
Power Lunch program.
    ATC is headquartered in Westmont, Illinois.  The Company's continuing
operations include drivetrain remanufacturing, third party logistics and
material recovery services. ATC also remanufactures instrument and display
clusters and radios.
