The Pro Stock Truck class has been racing at the U.S. Nationals as a professional class since 1998. Since that time Team Jeg's has one win ('99 Mike Coughlin), a runner-up ('00 John Coughlin), one semifinal round appearance ('98 Mike Coughlin) and a No. 1 qualifying position ('00 Mike Coughlin) at the U.S. Nationals. Mike and John began racing as a two-truck team last year.

There have been three difference winners in the Pro Stock Truck class out of the three years that the class has been run and Team Jeg's is focused on having more success in Indy. Mike Coughlin is ready to take his success at Indy one step further and forever be a part of the NHRA history book as the only two-time winner in Pro Stock Truck.

"Everyone knows that this will be the last year for the Pro Stock Trucks as a professional class and that makes this year even more important. There will be three of us fighting to accomplish this and it should really be a lot of fun," said Mike.

No driver in Pro Stock Truck has a better round win average at the U.S. Nationals than John Coughlin. John has his sights set on turning last years runner up finish to a win at the "Big Go" this year behind the wheel of his Jeg's Mail Order Chevrolet S-10.

"I would like nothing more than to be the last Pro Stock Truck winner of the U.S. Nationals. That would mean that our team had one two of the possible four years and that would say a lot about our program. Being the last winner would be an honor and something that our team is focused on," explained John.
