Bulletin from Sapa AB's Extra Annual General Meeting

    STOCKHOLM, Sweden--Aug. 22, 2001--At Sapa AB's Extra Annual General Meeting in Stockholm, Ole Enger, President and CEO of Elkem asa, and Anders Carlberg, Board member in the same company, were elected as new Board members of Sapa AB.
    The Meeting also decided that the Board should consist of 8 members and no deputies.
    The Meeting approved the proposal from the Board to change the Articles of Association, in order to make it possible to hold General Meetings in either Stockholm or Vetlanda.
