Johnson Controls to Implement Supply Chain Visibility Applications

With adoption of solution, company aims to boost efficiency at 86 facilities
                               in North America

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Aug. 22 Covisint and SupplySolution
today announced that Johnson Controls , a global supplier of
automotive interior systems, will implement SupplySolution's i-Supply(TM)
Service for supply chain visibility throughout its North American
manufacturing facilities. The service will be available to Johnson Controls'
supply-chain trading partners through Covisint Fulfillment, which is based on
SupplySolution's i-Supply, or directly through the SupplySolution website.

The direct material fulfillment application will provide Johnson Controls'
supply-chain trading partners real-time access to a wide range of data,
including "just-in-time" production inventory, as well as consumption,
logistics and planning information. Also as part of the agreement, Johnson
Controls will work collaboratively with SupplySolution to develop future
enhancements of the service.

"The new technology we are adopting will improve communications and
collaboration within our supply chain," said Jim Pell, vice president and
general manager of North America Operations for Johnson Controls. "As a
result, we will continue to sustain and enhance our position as a world-class
supplier with a commitment to lean manufacturing."

Last fall, Johnson Controls conducted a successful phase one
implementation of i-Supply, involving eight of the supplier's manufacturing
facilities and 50 vendors. Now, Johnson Controls will deploy the supply chain
application at all 86 of its manufacturing locations in North America.

"The use of this technology by more than 80 Johnson Controls facilities
instantly illustrates what Covisint is trying to achieve by connecting the
automotive supply chain," said Chris Steele, Supply Chain Management Lead,
Covisint. "The added communication and collaboration translates into business
efficiencies that Covisint and SupplySolution will continue to bring to the
automotive industry."

"We are pleased that the already highly successful relationship
established with Johnson Controls has translated into a North American
contract. Johnson Controls, recognized as a technology leader in the
automotive industry, will continue to achieve productive collaboration
throughout their supply chain with the use of the Service," said
SupplySolution CEO and president Chris Moritz.
