Wausau Signs Multi-Year Agreement to Use driversshield.com's Innovative, Internet-based CRM Collision Repair and Claims Solution

    PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Aug. 21 driversshield.com Corp. announced today that Employers
Insurance of Wausau has entered into a two-year agreement to use the
driversshield.com CRM system in managing collision claims involving vehicles
of its business customers.  Wausau intends to begin processing claims through
the CRM system in September.
    Wausau, a member of the A+-rated Liberty Mutual Group, has a 90-year
history of innovation in meeting businesses' insurance needs.  The Wausau,
Wisconsin-based mutual insurer pioneered workers compensation insurance,
offering its first workers compensation policy in 1911 to a paper company that
is still a client today.  It has built a reputation for devising creative
approaches to help its customers contain insurance costs.

The CRM (customer relationship management) solution will provide Wausau with
an additional innovative approach to accelerate the claims process and enhance
its relationships with its insureds.  Wausau intends to take advantage of the
driversshield.com ADS (auto discounts and services) program as well.
