    CLEVELAND, Aug. 20 Shiloh Industries, Inc. ,
a leading manufacturer of engineered welded blanks, stamped components
and modular systems for the automotive and heavy truck industries, will host a
conference call to discuss third-quarter results (ended July 31, 2001) at
2 p.m. (ET) on Monday, August 27, 2001.  Third-quarter results will be
