Michael Andretti, No. 39 Motorola/Honda-Reynard

"We're very close to exactly where we want to be for this track. I think just a little bit here and there and we'll be great. We started off the day in pretty decent shape and we made good progress on the changes that we tried. The track is coming in an d the car is good so I'm looking forward to tomorrow and to having a good race car for the Motorola 220."

Kim Green, General Manager

"I think we've ended up with a good day. We actually unloaded with a pretty good race car and now Michael and his engineers have done some fine tuning and they have made good progress. We've been up near the front in each session and I think we have a ve ry good baseline going into the race weekend. If we can just improve the car a little bit we can actually gain quite a lot. I'm looking forward to this weekend and hopefully we'll put the Team Motorola car on the front row."

Eddie Jones, Chief Engineer

"It seemed quite a productive day. We were fairly confident coming into the Motorola 220 weekend that we had a good basic set-up for the car and that's allowed us to fine tune the car for the track conditions and as our time reflects this session we're pr etty competitive. We'll be looking at data this evening and I think there's a couple of areas that we can improve for tomorrow's qualifying and really give Michael a good car."
