Mindready Appoints New Executive to Head Expansion Plan

    MONTREAL--Aug. 15, 2001--Mindready Solutions Inc. , a leading supplier of test engineering and real-time communications solutions for the telecommunications, aerospace and automotive industries today announced the appointment of Mr. Richard Beneteau as Vice-President, New Business Development.
    With the recently announced acquisition of US-based ATE Systems and concurrently the launch of Mindready (USA), Mindready has indicated its intention to carry out its expansion plan aimed at broadening its client base and also accelerating its penetration of new vertical markets like the telematics market for the automotive industry.
    Mr. Beneteau holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in engineering, operations and business development as well as a solid international background acquired through several senior management positions held with technology companies.
    Reporting directly to Daniel Dussault, President and CEO of the company, Mr Beneteau's mandate will be to head Mindready's expansion plan and aggressively pursue new business opportunities through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and alliances allowing Mindready to further penetrate new vertical markets and capitalise on the outsourcing model increasingly adopted by large equipment manufacturers.
