UnitedAuto Opens New Location in Southaven, Mississippi

    DETROIT--Aug. 14, 2001--UnitedAuto Group, Inc. , a FORTUNE 500 automotive specialty retailer, is pleased to announce the opening of a Nissan dealership in Southaven, Mississippi, a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee.
    Nissan Motor Corporation awarded a new dealership to UnitedAuto to represent Nissan as they expand their presence in the greater Memphis area. With the addition of this Nissan dealership, which will be called Landers Nissan, UnitedAuto operates 124 franchises.
