News from Kenworth: Rick Drollinger Named Customer Service

KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug. 10, 2001 - Kenworth Truck Company has named Rick
Drollinger to the position of Kenworth customer service manager.
Drollinger is responsible for working with Kenworth's regional and district
service managers and the Kenworth dealer network to facilitate customer
satisfaction.
Drollinger has held various positions within PACCAR since 1977 and with
Kenworth since 1981. He most recently served as section manager for
cab/hoods/sleeper in production engineering. Drollinger's prior experience
includes product testing, advanced design, stress and dynamics analysis,
truck production, internal audit and computer-aided engineering (CAE)
systems.
He earned a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State
University and a M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University
of Washington.
