Covisint Forms Holding Company, Names Corporate Officers

                      Senior Leadership Team Takes Shape

    DETROIT, Aug. 10 In a move to strengthen its ability to
serve the global automotive industry and position itself for significant
future opportunities, Covisint today announced the formation of a holding
company, Covisint, Inc. and the appointment of four corporate officers to its
Senior Leadership Team.

    Those elected as officers include:

    *  Dwaine Duckett, senior vice president, Global Human Resources
    *  Alice Miles, senior vice president, Global Customer Collaboration
    *  Peter Weiss, senior vice president, Global Alliances & Business
Development
    *  Dan Jankowski, vice president, Global Communications

    "We have a talented, seasoned team of professionals at Covisint who are
making significant contributions to our continuing growth and development,"
said Kevin W. English, chairman, president and CEO.  "As members of Covisint's
Senior Leadership Team, these officers will report directly to me and are
responsible for serving our customers and investors on a global basis.
    "The formation of a holding company is critical to our ability to
establish a structure that will support our long-term growth," continued Mr.

equipment, farm equipment, marine, trucking, motorcycle and similar industries

    Covisint, Inc. will function as the focal point for all corporate actions
and holding company for Covisint, L.L.C., which will continue to serve as the
operations entity for the initiative.
