Senior Leadership Team Takes Shape DETROIT, Aug. 10 In a move to strengthen its ability to serve the global automotive industry and position itself for significant future opportunities, Covisint today announced the formation of a holding company, Covisint, Inc. and the appointment of four corporate officers to its Senior Leadership Team. English, chairman, president and CEO. "As members of Covisint's Senior Leadership Team, these officers will report directly to me and are responsible for serving our customers and investors on a global basis. "The formation of a holding company is critical to our ability to establish a structure that will support our long-term growth," continued Mr. English. "Covisint's core competencies have direct relevance to the heavy equipment, farm equipment, marine, trucking, motorcycle and similar industries worldwide. Covisint, Inc. will function as the focal point for all corporate actions and holding company for Covisint, L.L.C., which will continue to serve as the operations entity for the initiative.
