Kingsley Coach Inc. Announces Agreement with Medical Consulting Firm
MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Aug. 10, 2001--Kingsley Coach Inc. (OTC BB:KNGS ), a manufacturer of unique, high quality motorcoaches on a heavy duty truck chassis, announced today negotiations have been finalized with Henderson Consulting of Houston Texas, a firm which has recently completed contracts with major medical supply and diagnostic groups.Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley commented, "We have been continually looking at new markets. We have been discussing opportunity with Henderson since November 2000. They are a medical equipment and service provider involving mobile scan equipment for early cancer detection and diagnostics for cardiology, oncology, and verification of many forms of cancer. Henderson has advised us that Kingsley Coach has been approved for use by Marconi Medical Systems Inc, the supplier of the Marconi Magellan PET Scanner for mobile PET imaging needs."
Mr. Dickenson noted that "The Kingsley Medical Coach is custom designed and engineered to be built to accommodate the Mobile PET Scan equipment as well as other scanners, ie CT, MRI, etc. We are pleased that Henderson Consulting has chosen Kingsley as the exclusive supplier of medical coaches for their clients nationwide. Henderson has indicated it is preparing purchase orders for the first four units within the next seven days. The anticipated needs over the next twelve months include two units monthly for a value to exceed four million dollars ($4,000,000) in sales value to Kingsley."
