Natural Solutions Appoints Craig Phelps as Vice President

    CHESAPEAKE, Va.--Aug. 9, 2001--Natural Solutions Corporation (OTCBB:ICEB), Natural Solutions Corporation's President, Lowell W. Morse, announced today the appointment of Steven Craig Phelps as Vice President of Sales and Product Development of the Company.
    Mr. Phelps has been the Product Engineer for Natural Solutions since September 2000 and previously held positions as Regional Market Manager for other prominent road maintenance companies.
    Mr. Morse stated, "I am very pleased that Craig Phelps has assumed a leadership role over our critical sales and product development efforts. Craig is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of increasing professional experience, holding a variety of positions including regional market manager, sales engineer, project engineer, and others. These positions have demanded close involvement in meeting customer needs through emerging road maintenance technologies, environmental impact considerations, and research opportunities teamed with other industry experts. His vision and customer service mindset have gained wide respect for him throughout the snow fighting industry."
    Mr. Phelps holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, with postgraduate work in Civil Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of ASCE, VSPE, and the GEO-Institute.
