AMI DODUCO Signs Representative to Expand Automotive Sales Effort

    EXPORT, Pa.--Aug. 9, 2001--AMI DODUCO, a unit of Technitrol Inc , announced that it has signed Electronic Sales & Engineering, Inc. (ESE) as a sales agency focused largely on the automotive market.
    AMI DODUCO, a global leader in electrical contact parts, views the automotive industry as a growth area for its products.

    AMI DODUCO's products include electrical contact rivets, stamped metal contact parts, and insert-molded electrical contact components. The company, which also has manufacturing operations throughout Europe, is a significant supplier to European tier one automotive suppliers.
    ESE is a leading sales agency headquartered in Indianapolis with particular focus on the automotive industry. Established in 1964, the company represents leading manufacturers of electronic and electrical components and sub-assemblies. ESE will represent AMI DODUCO in the key production states of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, from six sales offices.
