E-Power International Inc. Retains Maloney & Bailey to File its Form 10-SB

    HOUSTON--Aug. 3, 2001--E-Power International (Pink Sheets:EPWI) today announced that it had retained the accountancy firm Maloney & Bailey to prepare and file its Form 10-SB. The Company's Common Stock presently reports on the National Bureau's electronic pink sheet. On completion of the filing, the Company will reapply for the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. This will clearly help with the liquidity and price of the stock, says John Banks, Company chairman.
