MR. GASKET WELCOMES NEW MANAGER OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

CLEVELAND, OHIO (July 2001) We are pleased to announce that Hans Hrlec
has joined the Mr. Gasket Performance Team as Manager, Quality
Assurance. Based in Cleveland, Hans will be responsible for designing
methods, procedures and documentation to ensure the integrity of
incoming products and components. Through Hans as well as all of our
efforts, we will improve productivity, reduce defective products and
improve customer satisfaction. Hans brings over twenty-five years of
diversified experience in Quality Control, Process Application
Engineering and Manufacturing experience. Hans was most recently the
Director of Manufacturing at Die-Matic Corporation and has also held
quality assurance related positions with Advance Manufacturing, Midland
Steel and Ford Ohio Assembly Plant. Hans trained as a Certified Tool
Maker in Austria and has Associate Degrees in Machine Design and
Business Administration in addition to numerous Ford-sponsored training
programs on quality.
