MR. GASKET WELCOMES NEW MANAGER OF OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

CLEVELAND, OHIO (May 2001) We are pleased to announce that Moxie
Sumislawski has joined the Mr. Gasket team as Manager of Operations &
Performance Improvement. Moxie will be primarily responsible for
day-to-day operations in our Cleveland facility, and will lend
industrial engineering and performance improvement expertise to our
Carson City facility as well. Moxie brings over 20 years experience in
Operations, Distribution and Industrial Engineering. His most recent
role was as Director of Continuous Improvement with Dana/Echlin where he
managed the implementation of continuous improvement processes including
Lean Manufacturing Technology, Kaizen Blitz techniques, pull systems,
Elemental Time Standards, Visual Management and more in several
operations. Moxie’s educational background includes a B.S. in Industrial
Engineering Technology, from Central Connecticut State University.
