MR. GASKET WELCOMES NEW R&D MANAGER

CLEVELAND, OHIO (June 2001) We are pleased to announce that Carl Taras
has joined the Mr. Gasket Performance Team as Manager of Research and
Development. Carl, a master fabricator, brings over 25 years of
experience in fabrication and product development. Prior to joining Mr.
Gasket, he held the position of Designer and Fabricator Technician at
Corsa Performance, where he received advanced training in specialty
metal fabrication and castings. Carl has a thorough understanding of the
Mr. Gasket Performance Group product lines as he previously worked in
our Research and Development department for 5 years. He is a hands-on
motorsports enthusiast who will be instrumental in rapidly developing
new and exciting products for our various product lines. 	
The Mr. Gasket Performance Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier
of quality performance products sold through the automotive and
motorcycle markets. Brand names include ACCEL, ACCEL/DFI, ACCEL
Motorcycle, Erson, Hays, Hurst, Lakewood, Mallory, Mr. Gasket and
