Former IBM Consultant James Semsey Joins LeasePlan USA As Vice President of eBusiness Services

    ATLANTA, Aug. 2 In a move that further strengthens
LeasePlan USA's mission to maximize productivity through technology, the
company today announced the appointment of James Semsey as Vice President of
eBusiness Services.  Alpharetta, GA-based LeasePlan USA, the nation's second
largest vehicle management company, leases and manages fleets of cars and
trucks to corporations throughout the U.S.

    In his new role, Semsey will provide clients, vendors and employees access
to LeasePlan business systems and information through up-to-date technology.
He will also develop image and workflow applications to maximize business
process productivity, and manage research and development efforts to provide
optimum solutions to business requirements.
    Semsey brings over 26 years of information technology experience to
LeasePlan including over 20 years with IBM Corporation.  In his position as
Lead I/T Architect with IBM, Semsey designed and provided lead technical
support in the requirement definition, design and implementation of
image/workflow solutions throughout the IBM Southeast region for a variety of
blue-chip corporations including LeasePlan USA, NAPA, IKON Capital and Canada
Life Assurance Company.  He also was President of Semsey Business Solutions,
Inc., an eBusiness solutions consulting firm.

    While at IBM, Semsey received numerous management awards including
Technical Specialist of the Year for the IBM Southern Area.  Semsey graduated
from Patterson State Technical College with a degree in Applied Technology.
