Travelers to Resume Writing New Commercial Auto and Umbrella Business

    HARTFORD, Conn.--July 31, 2001--Travelers Insurance announces it will re-enter the Ohio insurance marketplace for new commercial auto and umbrella business with the enactment of the "Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Availability Act of 2001".
