Superior Industries International Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

    VAN NUYS, Calif.--July 30, 2001--Superior Industries International, Inc. announced today that it will distribute a regular quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of the Corporation in the amount of $.11 per share payable October 19, 2001, to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2001.
